Qtronic Test Script Generation Support

Conformiq Qtronic™ supports both offline test case generation and and online testing.

Conformiq Qtronic is the world´s only commercial model-driven testing tool that can do online testing. Online testing means that the model-driven tester connects directly to the system under test to communicate with it. In the online testing approach, tests are designed at the same time when they are executed.

But there are software processes wherein it can be more beneficial to generate separate test scripts that can be stored in version control systems, maybe sent around, and executed independently afterwards.
To meet this need, Conformiq Qtronic supports automatic generation of test scripts (offline test generation support).
Technically speaking, online testing and offline script generation are two complementary methods that have both their own strong points. But it is clear that in many traditional software processes, external test scripts bring in benefits on the process management level.
Qtronic supports TTCN-3 and many other languages, like Python, Java and C++.
After you have mastered online testing, offline test script generation is quite easy.
