born 1962 in Cologne/Germany, living in Strasbourg/France at the french-german border. Prior to co-founding Verifysoft Technology GmbH, Klaus helds sales and management positions with different software testing solution providers in France and Germany (Parasoft, Testlight). From 1993-1999 he was responsible for exports to the German and Central European Markets for two of France's most important printing plants (Partenaires-Livres, Maury Imprimeur). After working as a bank clerk in Cologne from 1981-1986, Klaus graduated in studies of Economics, Marketing and Foreign Trade in Cologne/Germany and Paris/France.

Since 1994 Roland had different activities in data-base-development, as system administrator, and developer of Software-testing-tools with different companies in Germany and the United States. He participates in the development of Testwell- and Parasoft-Tools. Roland studied physics and telecommunication-technology in Karlsruhe and Offenburg. He has extensive experience in the programming languages C, C++ and Java, as well as different script and mark-up languages like HTML, LaTeX, Tcl, and Perl.
